Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to lead conceptual design and oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate has a strong design sensibility, expertise in sustainable building practices, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Revit (Grasshopper is a plus). This role involves managing client relationships, mentoring team members, and ensuring project delivery aligns with design intent, sustainability goals, and quality standards. Pre requisites
- Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on conceptual design, project delivery, and sustainable building practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing leadership in design and completed projects, including sustainable solutions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, with Grasshopper as a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Key objectives & Responsabilities
- Lead Conceptual Design: Drive the creative vision for projects, translating client goals into innovative, functional, and sustainable designs.
- End-to-End Project Oversight: Manage projects from initial concept through construction completion, ensuring alignment with design intent, budget, timeline, and sustainability goals.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Sustainability Advocacy: Integrate sustainable building practices, materials, and technologies into designs and construction processes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and collaborate with junior architects and designers, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality output.
- Coordination: Oversee collaboration with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Review designs and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations, sustainability standards, and company quality benchmarks.
