Job description
The Bamboo Architecture Internship at Pablo Luna Studio is a comprehensive 3-month program designed to immerse talented individuals in the world of sustainable architecture, specifically focusing on natural material building. Interns will gain hands-on experience in the field through site visits, workshops, lectures, and a culminating research project.
During your internship, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of our studio. You’ll be involved in everything from architecture projects to marketing strategies and project management. Your flexibility and openness to new challenges will be highly valued as we work together to create a better environmental future.
Pre requisites
- Be enrolled in fourth year or have completed an architecture related program at a university or equivalent institution. Or have the equivalent experience.
- Ability to commit to the full 3 month duration of the internship.
Key objectives
- Introduce interns to natural materials and sustainable design practices.
- Provide hands-on training in natural material methods and techniques.
- Develop interns’ research and analytical skills through a 3-month research project about sustainable architecture.
- Encourage a deeper understanding of energy-saving design and passive design principles.
- Get real sustainable architecture industry experience.
- Foster connections between interns and professionals in the field.
