Leaf Tiny Cabin

Leaf Tiny Cabin is designed as a retreat capsule for sustainable tourism, developing the concept of a prefabricated house that can be easily transported and installed, setting lightly on the ground without requiring major intervention in the terrain. In just 24.5 sqm, it has the essentials for life in a refuge, balancing functionality and harmony with nature. 

The roof design, inspired by the organic curvature of a leaf, rests on a minimalist structure of walls and large floor-to-ceiling windows. This architectural choice bathes the interior in abundant, warm natural light, nurturing a tranquil connection between the building and its surroundings.

Despite its compact size, the cabin incorporates all the essential functions: One bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room, each designed to cultivate intimacy with the surroundings. The oval geometry of the floor plan conveys fluidity, while the spatial openness invites contemplation and immersion in the rhythms of nature.

Developed at Pablo Luna Studio in collaboration with Tecno Fast Home, the project merges architectural vision with advanced modular construction. Tecno Fast, a leader in Chilean industrialized housing, realized this concept through an automated manufacturing process that optimizes resources, reduces emissions, and ensures precision.
