Pablo Luna Studio Masterclass – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in any online or in-person masterclass organized by Pablo Luna Studio. By registering, you agree to the following:

1. Cancellation Policy

If the organization cancels the masterclass due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or global health crises), participants will be offered the choice of:

  • A full refund of the registration fee, or

Rescheduling to another available session of the masterclass.

2. Right to Modification

Pablo Luna Studio reserves the right to modify the content, date, schedule, or designated instructors of any masterclass if necessary.

  • All changes will be communicated to participants in advance.

  • If a significant change affects a participant’s availability, the participant may request:

    • A full refund, or

    • A transfer to a future session of the same masterclass.

3. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the masterclass—including but not limited to presentations, written documents, video recordings, and visual resources—are the intellectual property of Pablo Luna Studio and are protected by copyright.

  • Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without explicit written permission.

Any discussions or information designated as confidential must be treated with discretion by all participants.

4. Image and Recording Consent

By attending the masterclass, participants acknowledge and agree to being recorded via video and/or audio.
 These recordings may be used by Pablo Luna Studio for educational, archival, or promotional purposes.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Pablo Luna Studio provides educational content for informational purposes only.
 Participants are responsible for how they interpret and apply the knowledge shared.
 The organization shall not be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the use of information or techniques presented during the masterclass.

6. Post-Session Access

When applicable, supplementary materials will be made available to participants for a limited period following the masterclass (6 months).
 The organization reserves the right to revise access terms or duration at any time.

7. Language

Unless otherwise noted in the event description:

  • The masterclass will be conducted in Spanish and English.

  • Live interpretation will not be provided, and participants are encouraged to select sessions based on their language comfort.

8. Technical Requirements (Online Sessions)

Participants attending an online masterclass are responsible for:

  • Ensuring stable internet access,

  • Using compatible software and hardware,

  • Testing audio and video prior to the session.

The organization is not responsible for disruptions or inability to attend due to technical difficulties on the participant’s side.
